A clearer header and artwork discovery ribbon

• Refined the mobile and desktop header with a compact Splot mark, clearer navigation, a labeled Create button, and a slimmer guest signup banner.
• Kept account tools, credits, notifications, and Cart accessible through the mobile menu.
• Added artwork thumbnails to the discovery ribbon. Listings advance every six seconds, with previous, next, and pause controls.
• Kept the ribbon compact and made prices easier to scan, with exact amounts available through accessible labels.
• Automatic cycling pauses on hover or keyboard focus and starts paused for visitors who prefer reduced motion. The ribbon stays off Create and checkout pages.
• Removed the gray pill around the feed loader and gave the Splot loading mark a larger size, stronger pulse, and clearer purple, pink, and cyan transitions.

Notification history and read status

• Notifications are marked read when they become visible in the open panel, instead of clearing the entire unread count when the menu opens.
• Added Older notifications to browse beyond the initial preview, including history previously crowded out by filtered listing notices.
• Replaced Clear All with Mark all read, which preserves notification history.
• Added Refresh, a timeout message, and retry controls when a notification request fails.
• Unread badges refresh once a minute while the page is visible. History follows insertion order consistently.
• Added request verification and account checks, and checked the inbox on desktop and mobile.

Edited images can reach minting correctly

Fixed an older image-editor save issue that could make minting report an image as unavailable even though its library preview still appeared. The editor now stores the correct file reference. We also repaired the affected image reported to us.

Upload and enlarge artwork in Create

• Added direct photo uploads to Create for JPEG, PNG, and WebP images, with file type and size checks.
• Added enlargement up to 2×, with a maximum edge of 2560 pixels, plus Undo upscale to return to the original.
• This enlargement preserves the artwork and does not generate new AI detail.
• Uploaded images can enter the existing editing and minting workflow.
• Minting now gives clearer validation messages for missing images, unreadable files, and images below the minimum dimensions before creating a mint job.

Merch shopping and NFT ownership details

• Added Continue shopping for merch and support for multiple merchandise items in one cart and checkout.
• Merch retains its shipping-address flow; NFT purchases keep their separate digital checkout behavior.
• Refreshed the NFT details modal with current Splot ownership, the previous owner when recorded, minting information, and recorded history.
• Made Millix network details visible by default and improved handling of slow history requests.
• Clarified that Millix uses a DAG and that transfers between Splot accounts may not create a new network transaction. Older history may be incomplete.

Marketplace and post-page polish

• Refined post and category presentation and improved marketplace NFT cards for responsive browsing.
• Corrected the footer overlapping the marketplace's growing artwork grid.
• Removed the unwanted scrollbar treatment around marketplace tabs.
• Stopped loading unused image-editor scripts for guest post readers.
• Introduced the shared Splot loading mark across supported loading states.

Clearer feedback when checkout takes longer

• Added guidance for stalled Pagado checkout responses so customers know not to repeat a payment while its status is uncertain.
• Added recovery paths for a confirmed payment when checkout is reopened with an empty cart or the original response is lost.
• Recovery checks the customer's matching confirmed order and NFT delivery before offering the receipt path.

These changes improve recovery and feedback. Investigation of the original checkout freeze and intermittent slow page loads is still ongoing.

Pagado verification safeguards

• Improved payment-state handling and blocked repeat checkout attempts while an earlier Pagado payment awaits verification.
• Added clearer verification-pending feedback and refreshed payment state after checkout errors.
• Improved order-detail link contrast in dark mode.

Notification and collection browsing fixes

Shipped a feedback pass focused on cleaner alerts, smoother collection browsing, and a few small interaction fixes around creator tools.

• Limited and sorted the notification preview, and filtered old marketplace listing noise from other users.
• Changed NFT listing alerts to say an NFT was put up for sale instead of saying it was sold.
• Reworked collection detail pages so more NFTs load into the same masonry wall as visitors scroll.
• Polished menu, bookmark preview, search overlay, and create-menu formatting behavior.

Profile navigation cleanup

Simplified the profile and account navigation so creators and collectors can find NFTs, storefront tools, collections, credits, and settings with less guesswork.

• Grouped crowded profile links into clearer navigation areas and dropdowns.
• Improved labels around owned, purchased, received, selling, and private activity.
• Fixed dropdown behavior, active highlights, and mobile navigation polish.

Credits dashboard refresh

Reworked the Credits page from a raw transaction table into a clearer account dashboard for checking balance and credit activity.

• Added summary cards for current balance, credits added, credits used, and latest activity.
• Added filters for All, Added, Spent, AI, and Minting activity.
• Improved search, pagination, mobile transaction rows, and plain-language activity labels.

Credits history and admin cleanup

Cleaned up the shared credit-history logic so user-facing and admin-facing credit records speak the same language.

• Normalized labels such as Mint, Neuralumen AI, Credits Purchased, and Credits Received.
• Kept admin-issued credits compatible with the existing wp-admin user workflow.
• Hardened the user-specific credit-history query and verified admin history search and pagination.

Minting flow feedback

Improved the creator minting flow so artists get clearer feedback while images upload and NFTs are being minted.

• Added image upload status messages and a clearer preview handoff before minting.
• Added a step-by-step minting overlay with elapsed time and keep-this-tab-open guidance.
• Reduced accidental duplicate mint attempts while a mint is already in progress.

AI artwork handoff

Made the path from AI-generated artwork into a Splot mint smoother and less repetitive for creators.

• Pre-fills the mint form with the selected generated image when available.
• Brings over suggested title and description copy when the artwork includes it.
• Allows wide or tall artwork to pass the minimum-size check when one side is large enough.

Credit checkout simplification

Cleaned up digital credit purchases so buying Splot credits feels more like a quick account top-up and less like a shipping checkout.

• Credit-only carts no longer ask for shipping details.
• Checkout keeps the essentials needed to complete the purchase.
• Merch and shipped items still keep the full address flow.

Profile, collection, and edit cleanup

Tightened account-area behavior around collection links and post editing so creators land in the right place more consistently.

• Collection links now resolve through the owner profile when possible.
• Private collections stay hidden unless the viewer is allowed to see them.
• Draft and private post edits now return to the editor with a clear updated state.

Lighter page loading

Continued trimming background work from pages that do not need creator, form, or checkout behavior.

• Checkout checks are guarded more carefully to avoid unnecessary background notices.

Email verification for new accounts

Added an email verification step to help reduce fake and spam signups before new accounts can log in or start selling.

• New front-end registrations now receive a verification link by email.
• Unverified accounts are held in a limited state until the email address is confirmed.
• Seller access, Dokan selling, and starter credits unlock after verification succeeds.

Sticky feed card spacing

Refined the homepage feed card so it reads as an intentional companion panel instead of crowding the artwork grid.

• Added real desktop spacing between the curated grid and the feed card.
• Made the feed card sticky on desktop while keeping the mobile layout stacked.
• Constrained the card width so the grid keeps enough room to breathe.

Homepage spacing and chat cleanup

Polished a couple of end-of-night details so the homepage feels cleaner while we plan a better native community chat.

• Added more breathing room between the homepage grid area and neighboring cards.
• Hid the unfinished bottom-right chat launcher until the account-based public chat is ready.
• Kept the change lightweight so it does not add extra front-end work.

Homepage curated-grid expansion

Navigation simplification

Simplified the header while upcoming competition experiences are being reworked behind the scenes.

• Temporarily hid Competitions from the public header navigation.
• Kept the underlying page available so the experience can return when ready.
• Shipped the change as a versioned Splot release for reliable cache refreshes.

Contact form resilience

Hardened the Contact page form embed so it keeps rendering cleanly while we continue removing unused form-related weight.

Global asset trim

Removed a second layer of unused front-end assets that production was loading on pages where visitors are not shopping or submitting forms.

• Kept Marketplace, Checkout, and Contact on the assets required for those flows.

Non-commerce asset trim

Continued the performance cleanup by keeping shopping scripts and styles off pages where visitors are browsing rather than buying.

• Removed store-front assets from the homepage and simple static pages.
• Expanded the lean static cleanup to About and Contact while preserving form compatibility.
• Kept checkout, marketplace, product, credit, mint, and drop routes on the full commerce stack.

Lean static page asset pass

Started trimming scripts and styles from simple informational pages so they do not carry commerce, carousel, or grid behavior they never use.

• Removed forced countdown loading from pages without countdown timers.
• Stopped static pages from loading store, grid, carousel, modal, and submit assets.
• Removed checkout debug payloads from public checkout HTML.

Updates page layout polish

Gave the Updates page a calmer reading layout so the intro card and changelog cards have more breathing room.

Homepage action icon polish

Refined the homepage quick-action cards so their right-side buttons feel more native to Splot.

• Bumped the Splot release version for reliable cache refreshes.

Footer and checkout polish

Cleaned up a couple of details that were adding friction or maintenance work without improving the buying experience.

• Made the footer copyright year update automatically.
• Stopped requiring street address for Pagado NFT purchases that do not ship physical merch.
• Kept the stricter address requirement in place for merch and non-Pagado checkout flows.

Grid image optimization groundwork

Prepared the site to serve lighter 640px grid images on homepage and marketplace cards instead of leaning on oversized original uploads.

• Added a dedicated splot_grid image size for card layouts.
• Updated card thumbnail templates to prefer grid-sized media when available.
• Built a safe admin thumbnail regenerator and diagnostic tool for production media.
• Confirmed production needs PHP GD or Imagick enabled before thumbnails can be generated.

Homepage and marketplace performance pass

Reduced the amount of work required before the first page view becomes usable, especially on the homepage and marketplace.

• Reduced the homepage’s initial post query to keep the first response lighter.
• Removed the heavy homepage slider in favor of a simpler custom feature strip.
• Stopped extra homepage and marketplace scripts from loading where they are not needed.

Cleaner production deployment flow

Shifted optimization work into versioned release packages so production changes can be uploaded, tested, and rolled forward more predictably.

Reduced repeated decorative Millix icon image tags across high-traffic homepage and marketplace views. The icon now renders through shared CSS, which keeps the same visual treatment while reducing DOM and image noise.
